The blogger online editor is really irritating. Firstly you need to be online to post anything and secondly the user interface is really not all that great. So, any alternate option? Yep....Windows Live Writer.
- You can easily align pictures and text around it as you please.
- It's very easy to embed videos. Just click on Insert Video, add URL and click Embed!
- You can also add tags by customized tag providers.
- Plug-ins can be easily used from Windows Live Gallery which let you add "Blog this" feature on the browser, Translation, Yahoo-MSN smileys and many many more power-packed stuff.
- You need not be online to write your post. Just right and save the draft. Whilst online, preview and publish with just a few clicks.
- You can publish to most blog services!
- And guess what? It's free. Go to http://get.live.com/writer/ and get it!

Well try draft.blogger.com its cool and not irritating. Still you have scribfire which comes as addonto firefox no installation. I've seen Live writer but it doesn't feel very comfortable to me ;)
I like live writer 'cause i dont need an internet connection to write my post.Particularly helpful in the hostel..keep everything ready and then just publish on connecting....
